Do you have a shop?
We don't currently have a shop, if we do open one in the future we will announce it on the website.

Do you do wholesale?
At present we are unable to offer wholesale quantities but inshaAllah we will be able to in the future.

How much is postage?
We offer FREE postage to all UK orders over £80. Postage for orders bellow £80 is around 70p - £1.95 for an average order depending on weight.

How long does delivery take?
Once we have received payment we despatch the order the following day. UK orders normally arrive within 3 days and International orders within 10 days inshaAllah.

What is your return policy & how do i return something?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will refund your money or exchange any item without question. We only ask that you return the item to us unused and in its original condition, with the appropriate packing slip within seven days of receiving your order. When mailing your return please obtain a proof of postage certificate which is available free of charge from any Post Office. Please note we cannot pay for any postage costs

Do you accept international orders?
Yes we do. For international orders we only accept online card payments.

Who do i make the cheque payable to?
Once you have placed your order you will receive a order confirmation email confirming your order and instructions on how to pay by cheque.

A product is out of stock, when will you be re-stocking?
products are usually back in stock after 2-4 weeks but in some cases that might be longer.

Do you have a catalogue?
We don't have a catalogue at present but we will inshaAllah be producing one next year.

Can i place a order over the phone?
Not at present but inshaAllah once our catalogue is printed we will be able to take orders over the phone.
